He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Ann Vylasek (Chase) and Robert Vylasek; and his sister Debbie Dolezal. He is survived by: his sons, Tyrel Robert and Christopher James; his brother Steve Vylasek; his half-sister Donna Larson; and his nieces and nephews, Stacey, Adam, Tracy, Jason, Amber and Haley. He is also survived by his wife and two sons.
