He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Bell and Lucille Bell (Neal); his siblings, Gary, Carlton Bell and Barbara Brown Bell; and his former wife Reinhild Bell.
He is survived by: his wife Leann Bell of Great Falls; his daughters, Roxana Bell of Juneau, AK and Robyn Bell Raker of Fairbanks, AK; his stepson Derek Ferdinand (Amanda) of Great Falls, MT; his sister Debra Bell Couch of Poteau, OK; his grandchildren, Robert Vandenberg (Amy) of Wasilla, AK and Sophia Ferdinand of Great Falls, MT; and his great grandchild Alice Vandenberg of Wasilla, AK..
