He was predeceased by: his daughter Cindy; his grandson Jonathan Duzik; his siblings, Betty Mee, Roy and Marshall; and his parents, Josephine and Marshall.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Lorraine; his children, LaVonne Marrell (Jerry), Lynn Simonson and Rick Finlayson; his grandchild Nicole; his great grandchildren, Wyatt, Wiley Simonson and Selena; and his siblings, Bertha Ferguson (Ed) of Great Falls, Ellarene Finlayson of Sand Coulee, Lawrence Finlayson (Mary) of Sand Coulee and Russell Finlayson of Sand Coulee.
