He was predeceased by : his parents, Harry Preston and Helen Preston; and his brother Mike. He is survived by : his daughter Dani Rubino (Chad); his granddaughters, Darby Rubino and Shelby Rubino-Wodrich (William); his siblings, Pat Preston (Barb), Butch Preston (Cathy), Tom Preston (Marlene), Bill Preston (Jonna), Mark Preston (Dominic), Tim Preston (Carla), Esther Shryne, Susie Lee, Deb Brown (Steve) and Ellie LiQue; and his sister-in-law Nadine Preston. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, June 25th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Schnider Funeral Home, Inc. (1510 13th St S, Great Falls, MT 59405).
