He was predeceased by: his parents, George Evans and Gertrude Evans; his wife Patty "Rose" Bohn; his brothers, Ken, Lewis, Dave, George, John and Russ; and his sisters-in-law, Judy Evans, Bev Evans, Gail Evans, Cheryl Evans, Cecilia Evans and Kay Evans.
He is survived by: his children, Rick Evans (Apryl) of Plainfield and Becky Carlson (Russ) of Billings; his grandchildren, Melissa Kaltenberg (Dan), Kayla Evans and Cody Evans; his brothers, Bob Evans and Chuck Evans; and his sisters-in-law, Dixie Evans and Sandy Evans. He is also survived by three great- grandchildren.
