He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Charlotte Sheumaker (Jim), Rita Tingey (Scott), Julie Burckhard (Jim), Daniel Wadsworth (Wendy), Terry Wadsworth (Lynda) and Larry Wadsworth (Lisa); and his siblings, Marilyn Chisum of Darlene Steffani and Eddward Wadsworth. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren; 54 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
