He is survived by: his wife Alisa Moats (Campbell-Franson) of Great Falls, MT; his sisters, Connie Fugel of Texas, Peggy Trotman of Red Lodge, MT and Penny Spear of Wadena, MN.; his children, Daryl Moats (Tracie) of Great Falls and Alana Frederick (Orrin Haynes) of Great Falls; and his grandchildren, Darby, Sadie, Katrina, Blake and Oliver of Great Falls.
