He was predeceased by: his wife Irene Jazovnik; and his son Gerald Olson. He is survived by: his siblings, Olaf and Julia Olson; and his children, Dennis (Emma), David Olson (Polly) and Linda Linghar of Great Falls. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
