She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Barrett; her children, Bruce Barrett and Judy Barrett; her siblings, Edith Mullins, Larry Strand, Philip Strand and Joyce Sorenson; and her parents, Lawrence Strand and Agnes Strand.
She is survived by: her granddaughters, Corinna Lain (John) of Richmond, VA and Amanda Barrett of Sudbury, VT; her great grandchildren, Julia and Jessica Lain; her nephew Tom Sorenson (Celia); her niece Mary Prudent (Lance); and her pet Zoey.
