She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert R. Schumann and Erna M. Schumann (Mueller); and her daughter Monica Miller. She is survived by: her husband Gregory Kushnak of Conrad; her son Roy A. Miller (Chikako) of Trinidad, CO; her sister Silvia Ellmore of Oceanside, CA; her grandson Terrance Miller of Trinidad; and her stepdaughter Joanne Ginter.
