She was predeceased by: her parents, Adele Lamberti Fontana and Peter Fontana; her siblings, Dominic Fontana, Adele Calderhead and Anzarina Kilminister Crowley; her son-in-law Mike Pullen; and her grandson Troy Boggess.
She is survived by: her brother Louis Fontana (Barbara); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Dale Dario (Tabby), Peter Fontana (Katie) and Paul Fontana (Lana); her daughter Patti Pullen; her grandsons, Jason Boggess (Dena) and Ethan Boggess; her son Geary Zale (Dawn); her grandchildren, Jillian Zale and Ashley Franks (Aaron); her great grandchildren, MacKenley and Owen; and also, Rina Moore (Dale), Joe Kilminister, Rina Donaldson (Greg), Vicki Bird (Bobby), Kathy Uta (Johnny), Jim Calderhead (Alla) and Kathy Reed.
