She is survived by: her husband Jim Cook; her siblings, Leona, Myra, Bill, Claudia and Don; her children, Krys, Robben, Max and James; her grandchildren, Elizabeth, Tristen, Samuel, Chrystena, Elijah, Amanda, Victorea, Robert Anthony, Ricky, Richard, Jocelyn, Christian, Tyriel, Keaton, Nikoly, Berkley, Bethany, Calvin and Chrystal; and her friends, Deb and Barb.
