He is survived by: his parents, David Shane and Shirley Shane; his wife Rachel Pachek; his children, Maggie Spicher (Cooper), Annie Shane and David Shane; his sisters, Tara Estes (Larry Robinson), Darci Shane and Karel Shane; and his grandchildren, Daniel, Janie and Beau. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be sent to the Cascade Conservation District to contribute to the Marc Shane Educational Scholarship.
