He was predeceased by: his former wife Jean Essley; his wife Florence "Toots" Brugman; his siblings, George, Ray, Dawn, Fern and Grace; his close friends, Paddy Carver and Jack Vaughn; and his mother Jean Brugman (Tate) of Donnelly, MN.
He is survived by: his children, Wayne, Troy, Kelly, Linda and Johnette; his stepdaughters, Lynn, Karen and Amber; his friend Dennis Kolling; and his father John Brugman. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
