He was predeceased by: his mother Gloria Eiskant (Goerger). He is survived by: his father John Eiskant; his former wife Shawnna Krause; his wife Theresa Omholt; his children, Jessika Eiskant (Erik), Ashley Ferguson, Wade Eiskant and Justin Eiskant (Tara); his sisters, Barb Harris (Don) and Colleen Snider; his granddaughter Tulsa Ray (Scrunchie); his uncle Rich; and also Deb. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
