She was predeceased by: her husband Rob Stokes; her parents, Dan LaVerdure and Maria LaVerdure; her grandparents, Doris, Joe Valladolid, Norman Chicken, Gabriel Eagleshield (Pauline), Ralph and Madeline LaVerdure (Dess); and her uncles, Victor Garza, Vernon Durand, Harvey LaVerdure, Ralph LaVerdure, Louie LaVerdure and Clifford King.

She is survived by: her siblings, Daniel LaVerdure (Terri), Paul Joe LaVerdure, Yolanda, Paula LaVerdure (Gerald) and Elizabeth Angulo; her stepchildren, Sharlene Stokes (Eddie) and Kyle Stokes; her grandchildren, Harper and Vivian Gallegos; her aunts and uncles, Curtis Valladolid (Bella), Ronnie Martinez, Joe Eagleshield, Clint Swimmer (Norine), Julie Durand (Vern), Trina Garza (Victor), Lana Gardypie Swiftwolf (James), Charlene Eagleshield, Carmalita Pooyak, Carma Albert (Gerry) and Sherry Komeotis (Tony); and her grandmothers, Josephine Swimmer (Clarence) and Lillian Pooyak (Don). She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
