He was predeceased by: his parents, Riley Howell and Flossie Howell (Carson); and his grandson Connor Scott. He is survived by: his children, Angela Scott (John), Mark and Kevin Howell; his grandchildren, Zane and Chase Howell; and his sons, Carson, Connor Scott, Jaedyn Howell, Cody Scott and Addison Howell.
