He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerda Grosen and Johannes Grosen; his wife Kathrine; and his siblings, Mette, Kirsten, Niels Ebbe, Palle and Hans.
He is survived by: his children, Johannes (Beth) of Maple Grove, MN, Elizabeth (Tom) of Spokane, Mark (Julie) of Santa Barbara, CA and Marie (Don) of Roseburg, OR.; and his grandchildren, Sven (Jenny), Rachel (Josh), Kyle (Hanna), Mia, Sarah (Levi), Kristoffer, Stephen, John and Paul. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
