He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Olsen and Colleen Olsen (Kelso); and his brother Ken Olsen (Becky). He is survived by: his wife Susan Olsen (McClenning); his sons, Josh and J. D. Keith (Millie); his former wife Becky Olsen (Standley); his friend Gary Hill; his siblings, Kevin Olsen (Connie) and Kathleen Hall (John); his sons, Johnny Kamps (Ashley) and Joshua Olsen (Jennifer); and his grandson Mason Olsen.
