She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Blair and Ruth Blair; and her brother Gary Blair. She is survived by: her husband Patrick Firman; her children, Abbra Firman and Jacob Firman; and her siblings, Gene "Duffy" Blair (Simone), Virginia Price and Carolyn Bryant (Sherman). She is also survived by numerous nieces; nephews; cousins and second cousins.

In lieu of flowers the family would ask for houseplants as they were Kathy's favorite.
