He was predeceased by: his parents, William R. Blalock and Carrie Blalock; his wife Shirley C. Edwards; his brothers, William R. Blalock Jr. and Clyde H. Blalock; his children, Debbie Miller and Reggy Blalock; and his grandson Jerry Blalock.
He is survived by: his son Randy Blalock (Cathie) of Great Falls; and his sister Cornelia Hatley of Norwood, NC. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren.
