She is survived by: her husband Donald Slaymaker; her children, Angela Casmier (Dan) and Bradley Slaymaker (Catherine); her grandchildren, Griffin, Lannon Casmier, Clara and Beckett Slaymaker; and her siblings, Eugene Spinler (Gloria), Edward Spinler (Denise), Germaine Roberts (Lonnie), Bernadette Prosser (Ralph) and Eulalie Ophus (Gary).
