He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harold Houghton and Olive Houghton; his wife Helene Nyquist; his children, Terry Houghton (Tereas) of Oklahoma City, OK, Chris Houghton of Great Falls, Mark Houghton (Jennifer) of Redondo Beach, CA, Kevin Houghton (Jenny) of Seattle, WA and Stephanie Hudson (John) of Denver, CO; his grandchildren, Nicole O'Brien (Robert), Danielle Burchett (Lance), Lauren Houghton, Emily Houghton, Zoe, Maddi, Beckett and Winslow Hudson; his great grandchild Makyla O'Brien; and his close friend Helene. He was also cherished by his wife of 63 years, 5 children, numerous nieces, nephew, and cousins.
