He is survived by: his mother Merleen Mattern Bergstad; his children, Greg Bergstad (Ashley), Jacob Bergstad (Lorelei) and Destiny Gilder; his siblings, Lucinda Criswell (Steve) and Jerry Bergstad; his grandchildren, Zander, Ivy, Ruger Gilder, David, Serenity Bergstad, Chasin and Elle Bergstad; and his brother Jason Lee Bergstad.
