He is survived by: his parents, Warren Horne and Irma Horne; his spouse Marion Kinnick; and his children, James, Chip, Beth, Mikel, Connie and Laura.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Great Falls Rescue Mission in Honor of Jay Horne.
