He is survived by: his wife Lorene Sand; his children, Steve Cosby, Doug Brodigan and Tami Shabazian; his grandchildren, Xena Wilson, Chad Cosby and Kristina Seals; his sister Lori Purviance (Wally); his extended family, Jim and Ken Napier; and also, Rachel and Laura Fugate.
