He is survived by: his parents, Shawnda Nelson (Raines) and Kyle Winter; his sibling Tess (Winter); his nieces and nephews, Charotte Tallis, Oneida Gould, Sawyer Tallis, Quenton Gould and Joseph Quaofio; his grandparents, Edward (Louie) and Denice; and his uncle Ed.
