She is survived by: her brother Leonard James; her children, Linda (Steffel), Steve (Jane), Janet and Mark (Sharon); her grandchildren, Laura, Stephanie (Roger), Matt, Jeff (Melissa), Mandy (Anders), Jared (Julie) and Josh (Jacy); and her great grandchildren, Kaeden, Emma, Libby, Layne, Emmett, Alyssa, Alivia, Samuel and Sawyer. She is also survived by her extended family and friends.
In Hazel's honor, memorial donations may be sent to organizations supporting Montana veterans.
