He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Lee and Betty Jane Riggs. He is survived by: his sister Betty Jane of Kansas; his children, Tina Schmidt (Samantha Riggs) of Miles City and Harvey Riggs Jr. of Louisiana, Several; his extended family Tina Bennett; and his grandchildren, Teegan, Trisitin Bennett, Tavylyn and Teya Bennett. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
