He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Berg and Ruth Berg; his brothers, John, Richard and Ben Berg; and his siblings-in-law, Lawrence Gee, Theresa and Nyla Berg.

He is survived by: his wife Linda Yost; his son Eric Berg (Jessica) of Ventura, CA; his siblings, Mary Jane Gee (Tookie), Arnold (Diane) of Big Timber, Lloyd (Linda) of Big Timber and Glenn Berg (Holly) of Big Timber; and his sister-in-law Joan Berg of Livingston. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Great Falls Public Library, Great Falls Public Schools Foundation, Great Falls Children's Receiving Home, Great Falls Russell Park Foundation, Benefis Peace Hospice, or a charity of your choice.
