He is survived by: his brother Ted Tholen; his wife Janis Thompson; his daughter Renee King; his son-in-law Gordon King; his daughter Becky Hatler; his son-in-law Scott Hatler; and his grandchildren, Kendal Hatler, Gabe Hatler, Tatum King and Isley King.
