He was predeceased by: his daughter Sandi Smith; his parents, Hareld Joslyn and Fern Joslyn; and his brothers, Harley Joslyn and Jim Joslyn.

He is survived by: his wife Dorla; his daughter Debbie Meyers (Tim); and his brother Denny Joslyn (Sue). He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and their spouses, and 7 great grandchildren.

He was an avid collector of John Deere. in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to WS United Methodists Church or Peace Hospice.
