She was predeceased by: her parents, Reginal Starkey and Velma Starkey (Tucker); and her daughter Arlene Marie Brown Naillon. She is survived by: her husband Darrel; her son David Brown; and her grandsons, Darrel, Jason and Travis Naillon. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
