He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence "Duke" Jewett and Rose Murphy; his brother Harry; and his nephew Larry. He is survived by: his wife Renee Hegel; his daughters, Christy Karcher (Dean) and Sheri Davis (Keith); and his brothers, Jerry (Bonnie) and Mike Jewett (Mary).
