He is survived by: his son Nhut; his wife LaVerne Howard; his children, Brandee Michelotti (Ruffo), Vernon Howard (Michelle) and Christine McNeese (Joel); his grandchildren, Joseph Michelotti (Makayla), Katia Michelotti and Connor McNeese; and his siblings, Larry Howard (Sherry), Gayle Carroll (Dwight) and Rhonda Steck (Duane). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and their children.
