He is survived by: his mother Charlotte LaMere of Great Falls, MT.; his children, Ashley Richardson (Vince) and Vincent Bell (Vinny) of Billings, MT.; his goddaughter Charlie McGillis of Great Falls, MT.; his siblings, Lyle Kim (Connie), Kelly, Brian (Kim) and Duane (Joy); and his granddaughter Cienna.

“Frank was an awesome neighbor to my family for many years. He was a ray of sunshine in our neighborhood... busy cleaning up the yard, walking or riding his bike, stopping to chat or wave & smile. Such a young man, I am so sad that he passed away. My heart & condolences go out to his mother,Charlotte, & to his entire family, friends and loved ones. He was truly one of the good guys here on earth and he is already missed very much.”
