He is survived by: his daughter Cheryl (Samuel Phistry) of Johnsburg, IL; his grandchildren, Stephanie, Angela, Phillip Phistry, Samantha Graszer, Lukas Smith and Paul Rapacz; his great grandchildren, Leila, Owen and Annalise Rapacz; and his siblings, Robert Smith and Marlene Teramani.
