He was predeceased by: his parents, John Feldman and Agnes Feldman (Swanson); and his sisters, Florence, Bernice and Elsie. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
Elmer's wishes were for memorial donations to go in his name to the Shriners Children's Hospital in Spokane, WA.
