He is survived by: his spouse Gail Haugland; his son Lee Clark of Independence, KY; and his siblings, Nancy Clark of Great Falls, Lois Migneault of Shelby, Richard Clark of Shelby, David Clark of Shelby, George Clark of Shelby and Jerry Clark of North Carolina. He is also survived by six grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
