He was predeceased by: his parents, Monte Buck and Lenora Buck; his friends, Mack and Marlis Willey; and his siblings, Melvin, Virgil and Juanita.
He is survived by: his wife Irene; and his children, David Buck (Mary), Brian Buck (Pam) and Janice Fulcher (Charles). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
