He was predeceased by: his parents, B. J. Hall and Ouida Hall (Lowery); and his brother Steve Hall. He is survived by: his wife Lanette W. Hall; his children, Erica Ann Hall of Chattanooga, TN, Kobee Masiello of Parrish, FL and Bertrum J. Hall of Phoenix, AZ; and his brother Barton Hall.
