He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas H. Dick Sr and Mary; his sisters, Margaret Mercer and Virginia Barrett; his brother-in-law Delbert Barrett; his nephews, Nick Waitt and Allen Mercer; and his son-in-law Pemmer Halvorsen.

He is survived by: his wife Sandi; his children, Sally Halvorsen of Maple Valley, Wayne (Kumchu) and Dickinson; his granddaughter Alisa; his siblings, Thomas Dick Jr (Marie), Chuck Burnaby and Maryann Komar; his nieces and nephews, Pam Miller, Susie Dick, Terry Thecktson, Cheryl Calson (Eric), Steve Komar (Kim), Linda Maytum (Tim) and Kimberly Maytum; and his children, Karen Komar, Ryan (Kassie), Lindsy, Mark Barrett (Dawn), Tom Mercer (Wendy), Bill Mercer, Barbara Crossley (Eber) and Margie Waitt (Dan).
