He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Broxholm and Ardis Broxholm; and his brother John Broxholm. He is survived by: his children, Timothy Ray Broxholm (Danielle) and Molly Ann Broxholm; his daughter-in-law Danielle Broxholm; his grandchildren, Laura Eichner and Joey Broxholm; his wife Julie; his grandchildren, Jude Broxholm, Raymond Broxholm and Joseph Broxholm; and his sisters, Katie Mackey and Mary Beth Broxholm (Cattin). He is also survived by extended family including nieces, nephews, and cousins.
