He is survived by: his wife Terry; his daughters, Sarah Wells (Matt) and Brooke Summerfield (Jack Wade); his granddaughters, Hannah, Abby, Stella and Megan; his sisters, Ann Gibson (Jerry), Kate Scott (Len), Bejay (Bret), Brock and Brian; his grandsons, Boedy and Brandon; and his close friend Murphy John Pippin.
