He is survived by: his children, Clyde Penwell IV, Richard Penwell, Steven Penwell, Thomas Penwell, Tammie Penwell Inkum and Karen Tuss; and his brothers, Fred Penwell, Frank Penwell and Kenneth Penwell. He is also survived by his 11 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
