He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Ray; his daughters, Melissa Johnson (Clay), Jennifer Fowler (Robert) and Mandy Johnson (Steve); his brother Bob; and his grandchildren, Josh, Zach, Samantha, Ryan, Hailey, Courtney, Jake, Tyler, Kaitlyn, Paisley, Ronnie and Garrett. He is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren.
