She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Emma "Betty" and Gerald Smith; her husband Jim Sliper; her sister Lea Little; and her stepchildren, Janell Love, Rich Love (Carolyn), Karyn Dona (Stefano), Boyd Sliper (Marlys), Colleen Rosenberg (Jack) and Joe Sliper (Kate). She was also cherished by her ten grandchildren.
