It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carla Jean Petrini (Great Falls, Montana), who passed away on March 23, 2019, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Holien and Genevieve Holien; and her siblings, Andrew Holien and Janet Winn. She is survived by: her daughter Ronda Thomen of Robin Winkler; her son-in-law Cary; her daughter Rena Cleland; her stepchildren, LaVonne Whitaker, Richard Schultz, Lisa Tannehill, Linda Bostic and Steve Petrini; her siblings, Sharon Spring, Richard Spring, Raymond Holien, Gail Holien, Vernon Holien, Denise Holien, Judy Beecher and Jeff Winn Sr.; and her grandchildren, Jason, Jaymi, Aleshia, Jenna, Tim, Megan, Kaelyn and Shannon. She is also survived by numerous step grandchildren and great grandchildren.

“It is with a very heavy heart that I am writing this today. Jean was my next door neighbor for a while. Jean and I always had trouble sleeping at night so her and I set up a code. If we were awake we would hang a pencil on a rubber band on our door knobs. We had many amazing conversation late at night when everyone else was asleep. She had some very funny stories and we had so much in common as we both had been bartenders for 25 years and boy could we tell some stories lol Jean loved all animals. My little dog Lucy loved her. Jean would knock at the door and she would have a treat for Lucy. Jean loved her grandchildren and all her family as well as her extended family. When Jean moved to a house, she would stop by every once in a while just to check and make sure we were all ok. All I can say is that Jean was a loving. caring and a very dear friend. You will be very missed by anyone that had the privilege of knowing you. Rest in peace Jean and God Bless. Fly with the angels my friend. Until we meet again!”
