He was predeceased by: his spouses, Gloria and Betty Willey. He is survived by: his daughter Deborah Ann; his sister Betty Jo Dusko; his children, Deborah Nicholls, Pam Holgarth and Ronnie Quickenden; and also, Pam and Ronnie. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
