She was predeceased by: her parents, Reggie Garrett and Alice Perkins Garrett; her husband Marvin Thompson; her siblings, Carmel, Iva and Seth; and her great grandchild Brock Haarstad.
She is survived by: her children, Keith Thompson (Myra) of Wanchese, NC, Monica Haarstad (Paul) of Port Orchard, WA, Denis Thompson (Becky) of Great Falls, Dan Thompson (Jody) of Belt and Don Thompson (Karen) of Great Falls; and her brother Gilbert. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
